The Guarantee Fund is overseen by a Board consisting of: Mr.. Sigmund Sample, chairman; Mr.. Dharmradj Parohi, vice-president; Mw. Marion Stekkel-Vroom, lid; Mw. Marjorie Renardus-Tajib, lid.
